7. Account & Data Deletion
We offer two convenient ways for users to delete their accounts:
Go to Me > Settings > Delete Account. Once confirmed, your account, profile information, chat history, friend list, and all related data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
Email us at contact@lumive.online with the subject "Delete My Account." We will respond within 7 business days, and your data will be deleted in accordance with your request.
No user data is retained after deletion. We do not store residual data for marketing or any other purpose. This process complies fully with Google Play and App Store user data policies.
